M.S. Degree in Physical Education (concentration in exercise physiology)

 
Lori began with the PCFC staff in August of 1991, bringing with her a wealth of education and experience. She obtained a Nautilus certification in 1992 and in 1995 she became a certified personal trainer.

Lori's varied experiences in the field encompass both group and individual exercise instruction. She has worked as a personal trainer, a fitness specialist/tester, an athletic coach, an aerobics instructor, and a physical education teacher.

Her training style emphasizes proper technique and progression to develop functional strength and flexibility, which she feels is important in injury prevention and management.

Lori continues to draw on the knowledge and experience gained as a competitive runner. She knows the challenge maintaining fitness over the long haul, and understands the importance of staying current in the fitness industry.
